ac1200 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ac1200 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and the ac1200 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by ac1200, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. ac1200 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication on this site.
Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This document is written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian users and is the official governing version.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of ac1200 services, users must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ac1200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when suspicious account activity is detected.
Users are solely responsible for the security of their password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact customer support immediately via the platform's official email.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ac1200 Platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable laws. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or system manipulation
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without written authorisation
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another party
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions
- Disrupting the Platform's operations or the security of other users
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without their consent
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and where applicable, further legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ac1200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the sole currency. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Deposit
Deposits are processed via supported payment methods including FPX and TNG eWallet. ac1200 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same verified user's name. Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is approved. ac1200 reserves the right to suspend or reject any suspicious withdrawal request while an investigation is ongoing. Withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 3 business days.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges arising from their use of the Platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. ac1200 does not deduct or manage taxes on behalf of users.
5. Account Policy & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
Ac1200 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated period
- Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account
- Upon request by a regulatory authority or court order
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to investigation before being approved for withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ac1200 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the Platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or betting outcomes. The Platform is provided "as is" and ac1200 makes no guarantee that it will always be free from disruptions or technical errors.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, interfaces, software, and materials found on the ac1200 Platform are the exclusive property of ac1200 or its relevant licensors and are protected under intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. ac1200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the ac1200 Platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process, and where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
